Yes, it is something worth thinking about. I think as demand increase or decrease so too the BDI. It may be better to cross index the BDI with HARPEX to obtain a long range past performance and future projection, then compare that with what has been happening since Clinton left office until the present. In this way you can graph shipping with all the shenanigans every nations seems to be pulling off.Plz keep us posted.

PS bankers, barbers, farmers tend to be on the cutting edge of how society changes and the direction it is heading. Nothing wrong with being a stylist, barbers always listen closely to what their paying customers are saying, which is more than I can say about politicians.
