@Enlazador9 My God, if this wasn't the most respectful god damn youtube debate I've ever taken part in.

@harold3456 I respect how would you run a Shop. All I ask is that you respect how should I run my shop. You may believe someone who runs a service should keep a neutral attitude. But others may think different. It's their choice to run a service. In a part, that was the point of the short, and I agree.

@Enlazador9 and 3(I ramble, I know), laws usually have to cater to the lowest common denominator. So, theoretically, if it's right for a person to state his belief about a pro/anti-God T-shirt while serving customers, it must also be right for him to be wearing a pro-Satan shirt, which is likely to draw offense from more than just the radical minority. This doesn't mean I believe in being neutral in everyday life, just in a position where I'm supposed to be "serving" the public.

@Enlazador9 Interesting point. I have 3 theories: 1.) The age-old mantra of the customer is always right". Provided he isn't being pushy or in your face about his beliefs, I wouldn't see a reaosn to extend mine, since in the customer service industry I believe the clerk should be professionally distanced from the customer. 2.) Kind of an offshoot of 1, where by openly stating your beliefs on any controversial topic, you're being the provoker, not good when serving dozens of strangers

@harold3456 I disagree. If I have any kind of beliefs, I would show them in any activity I would do. Why should I remain "neutral" to anything, if I am going to be respectful about other's beliefs?

@Enlazador9 I'm sure that this is where most disagreement comes from here, but I believe that vendors shouldn't show political or religious bias, since they're in a job that puts them in the service of customers and are therefore simply means to an end. That being said, some people will say "if you don't like the vendor, don't go to that store", but in my opinion it's the vendor's responsibility to be neutral, not the customer's responsibility to not be offended.

@harold3456 The whole point of the movie is that He didn't need to show his back. Would it pro or not christian, the vendor wanted the customer to be respectful no matter what.

@indabushwoman I dunno, even if it was a pro-Christian shirt, there's something to be said for the fact that he's wearing a misleading shirt in a profession where he rarely shows his back to people.
