@fucut00b Everyone doesn't use a green screen. Typically for video one uses a green or blue screen because software for video has the functionality to remove that color for an Alpha (transparency) channel. Alot of our clients do take the photos into video---but if you don't have that software then this is one way to extract in Photoshop. Typically, for just photo's we shoot on a white background and then the process is simpler in my opinion.

These techniques really aren't designed for greenscreen removal. Extract and Eraser tools just don't work professionally. The true way to do it is in the channels. You can see how it works at photoshop-illustration(dot)blogspot(dot)com. The tools you mention are for more complex backgrounds, but greenscreen is used precisely because of how it works with the channels. That's what the pros use.

@wazupsam Totally agree about low res images, not much of anything works as well on a low res compared to a high res....that's why you should always edit on a copy of the high res and than downsample if needed.
